Hotel, Condo and Vacation Home Information
Teams are not required to stay at the hotels/condos or vacation homes below, nor are you required to book your accommodations through Snowbird Baseball. However, to receive the best rates at the accommodations listed below, some of the lodging choices below require that the accommodations be booked through Snowbird Baseball.
We have negotiated group rates with a wide variety of accommodation choices. We have negotiated budget hotels, all-suite hotels to full service hotels, condos to vacation homes. Please indicate on the Accommodations Request Form your first and second choice for housing. We will make every effort to obtain your first or second choice or we will contact you directly to discuss other options.
Snowbird Baseball's obligation regarding the booking of accommodations ends once the reservations have been confirmed with the hotels/condos or housing agents and a team representative. Snowbird Baseball will send a confirmation with contact information for a team representative and accommodations representative to both the accommodations management and team representative. After receiving the confirmation, it is the teams responsibility to verify the reservations directly with the accommodations contact, provide any additional information required by the accommodations management and to pay any required deposits directly to the accommodations as indicated on the confirmation.
Our accommodations are first come, first serve and some have limited availability so please book early! Parents are also welcome to book through Snowbird Baseball to take advantage of our negotiated tournament rates. Please have any parents wishing to book through us contact one of the contacts below.
