Schedule Request Form:

Schedule request forms must be submitted between November 1st and December 1st, 2008. Please do not submit your schedule request before finalizing your travel arrangements. The schedule request form serves as a guideline only. While we will make every effort to comply with your schedule request, we cannot guarantee 100% compliance with every request. Snowbird Baseball will make every effort to provide a competitive and fair schedule for all.

The final schedule will be posted by January 15th, 2009. After the final schedule is posted, Snowbird Baseball will only make changes to the schedule if all coaches involved in schedule change agree.

Practice and Game Fees;

Day Game $140.00 per game (includes field, umpires, game balls and scheduling)
Night Game $200.00 per game (includes field, umpires, game balls and scheduling)
Full Field Day Practice $ 75.00 (2 hour session)

All fees are due by February 1st, 2009.

Do you prefer to play teams from your region?
	Unless a split double header is scheduled, all double headers will be 7 innings. If you request or must be scheduled a split double header (two games in the same day with different opponents), each game will be 9 innings per NCAA rules. Would you play a split double header to accommodate your requested schedule? Yes \| No

	I agree to play all games scheduled by Snowbird Baseball unless Snowbird Baseball and the opposing team’s coach agree to cancel or change.
